The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) launched a new brand platform and integrated campaign — 'Together, We’ll Make Home Happen'. Created in partnership with CREA's agency of record No Fixed Address, the brand campaign derives from the insight—to know a REALTOR is to value a REALTOR.
Canadians’ personal experiences working with a REALTOR has an impact on changing preconceived notions of real estate professionals for the better. CREA understands the concept of home is deeply personal; this campaign celebrates REALTORS’ close relationship with their clients, showcasing their ability to find a home that’s as unique as the needs, quirks, and personalities of their clients.
Claire Payette, VP marketing and communications, CREA, said: "The essence of our new 'Together, We'll Make Home Happen' brand platform is the empathetic relationship formed between a REALTOR® and their client. No Fixed Address' execution is spot on in bringing that to life, and marks a new beginning in changing the perception of REALTORS."
The campaign’s hero film takes viewers on a home-buying journey that follows a REALTOR® and a truly unique family that is very tall as they search for the perfect home together.
Alexis Bronstorph, co-chief creative officer, No Fixed Address: "This family embodies many people's struggles when searching for their home. They are looking for a very special house that can complement their requirements. And that is what this campaign is all about — making home happen with the help of a REALTOR®."
The relatable storytelling-focused campaign extends across out-of-home, linear and connected TV, digital and social, and influencer marketing:
OOH (out of home), digital and social: Features individuals searching for new homes that better fit their specific interests.
Influencers: Each highlights the unique elements of their house that make it the perfect home for them, thanks to the expertise and care of their REALTOR.
Branded content: Real stories from Canadians whose home requirements are distinct, exploring how they worked with a REALTOR to find their space. These stories are available on CREA’s campaign landing page.
Stuart Macmillan, executive creative director, No Fixed Address: "Finding the perfect home is difficult and can be stressful. And many of us have a list of must-haves that make the process even more overwhelming. But when you work with a REALTOR®, they take the time to understand their clients and can match their needs with their market expertise to find a home for their clients."
The new campaign also marks No Fixed Address’s original work debut since being appointed CREA’s agency of record (creative and media) in June 2022.
