The Berry’s Latest Viral VFX Film Announces Formula E’s Season Opener in Mexico City

This creative showcases British Formula E Champion, Jake Dennis on a titan scale, in the middle of the Formula E Mexico track, acting as the hype man for the grandstands as Formula E race cars parade around him on the track below!​

For this unique viral VFX film, The Berry’s CGI team recorded custom motion capture data at The Berry HQ which was then later paired to a bespoke Jake Dennis Formula E racer 3D model, all custom made to ensure true likeness.

​This was then tracked into live action drone footage of the Mexico track and matched with the scene's lighting, shadow orientation, and photorealistic textures for a cohesive and visually compelling result.​

The Berry and Formula E continue to create exciting and innovative films, using the latest creative technology to amplify every project. As Season 10 kicks into gear (pardon the pun…), expect plenty more dynamic visuals and thumb-stopping content!​
