Directed by Brian Aldrich from Finch, the campaign uses crucial moments in people’s lives to demonstrate the importance of being with Australia’s best mobile network

Telstra has launched ‘Time For A Chat’, the next instalment of its long running “You don’t need the best network… until you do” campaign via The Monkeys, part of Accenture Interactive.

Says Jeremy Nicholas, chief marketing and brand executive, Telstra: “Telstra’s network plays a crucial part of the fabric of Australian society, connecting millions of people every day to what matters most to them. We loved the emotion in this spot, from the first moment we saw the script.”




Says Stuart Alexander, creative director, The Monkeys: “Everybody would have a similar story to one of these spots. Whether it’s sharing big news, changing plans in a hurry or quickly looking up something important, it’s nice to know that Australia’s best network is there for you when you need it.”

The campaign is set to run on television and in-cinema over the coming months, including during the AFL and NRL 2019 Grand Finals.
