TBWA\Singapore’s Growth and Achievements Recognised with Leadership Promotions and New Business Wins

TBWA\Singapore has been on an exciting upward trajectory the last two years, that has all been in pursuit of winning new business, growing capabilities, attracting the best talent and above all, nurturing the growth and development of the people. Under Mandy Wong’s, president of TBWA\Singapore, leadership, the agency has won some of the best new business pitches in Singapore, including HPB, FairPrice, Mandai and Starhub, and has resulted in record double digit growth for the agency.

Part of her strategy has been about nurturing great talent from within the agency, rewarding her team members that have contributed significantly to the growth, success and culture of TBWA\Singapore, and elevating them to leadership positions in the agency. 

With that, TBWA\Singapore today announces several promotions that not only celebrates and rewards their personal development but the impact they’ve had on the business. 

The first promotion announced is Chew Fung Wee to general manager, previously new business director. Working closely with the agency leadership team led by Mandy Wong, president of TBWA\Singapore, Fung has played a pivotal role in the agency’s recent achievements. In her new role, Fung will oversee the onboarding of major new business wins and build new business streams to accelerate growth for the agency alongside Mandy Wong. In addition, Fung will oversee the BBDO operations Singapore, which is part of the TBWA\Group in Singapore. 

Creative excellence is essential to the success of the agency, and as a result of his commitment to developing brilliant creative, Loo Yong Ping has been promoted to ECD. He has been instrumental in defining what great work looks like across all his clients, and he continues to be the creative lead on the Singapore Airlines account, delivering great creativity across all touchpoints.

Additionally, TBWA\Singapore has promoted Eleni Sardi to head of brand management. With a proven track record in managing high-profile accounts such as Singapore Airlines and National Museum of Singapore, Eleni is responsible for further elevating client management and business growth for our clients. 

These strategic promotions underscore the agency’s commitment to investing in its talent and strengthening its leadership team to drive further new business growth and innovation.

This announcement comes off the back of recent promotions of Abhinit Agarwal to executive strategy director, and Germaine Chen and Lauren Lim to creative directors. All three have proven themselves as strategic and creative leaders respectively, and their promotions reflect TBWA’s commitment to developing and rewarding great talent.
