Her appointment underscores the agency’s commitment to maintaining a sharp, single-minded focus on creativity and innovation. Annie will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of TBWA\London’s operations, including culture, talent management, and senior client relationships. She will also play a crucial role in identifying new revenue streams and market opportunities, ensuring the agency's long-term success.
Annie joins the agency from ACNE London/Deloitte Digital where she was MD, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a proven track record of driving agency growth and delivering innovative campaigns. Her career history includes a managing partner role at Grey, where she led award winning work, and client side as head of marketing at Waterstones. At ENGINE/WCRS she was MD, managed the business's evolution and operational processes, as well as running the agency’s Government and Sky accounts, and winning significant pitches like Money Supermarket. Her creative work, including campaigns for NHS Blood and Transport and Stella McCartney x Netflix, underscores her commitment to delivering impactful, disruptive advertising.
Larissa Vince, CEO of TBWA\London, said, "Annie’s experience at brilliant agencies like WCRS and her exposure to digital-first consulting at Deloitte is going to make her such a great addition to our team. She’s renowned by the people that have worked with her for her ability to build strong senior client relationships with calm and assurance, including high-profile clients such as the UK Government. Her leadership will be instrumental in supporting our growth and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional and disruptive creative work for our clients. Also, she’s just simply lovely."
