Nacho Fries are back at Taco Bell and to re-launch the product, creative agency Deutsch created a sequel to their ‘Web of Fries’ trailer, ‘Web of Fries II: Franchise Wars.’
The trailer takes the style of a big-budget Hollywood action romp, making a few subtle digs at Taco Bell’s competitors along the way.
The story of the movie, which we can only hope (probably in vain) will see a full cinematic release, hero Josh Duhamel return to a future dystopia where the people are engaged in a rebellion against the tyranny of Big Fry (any guesses which franchise they’re aiming at?). It’s got it all - love, action, revenge.
The integrated campaign includes TV, radio, digital and social which will run through the summer culminating with a Demolition Man pop-up at a Taco Bell in San Diego from July 19th to 21st.
