Earned-first creative agency SuperHeroes is launching an online free-for-all ‘AI Art School’ in partnership with Lenovo. It will be hosted by Lenovo’s EDU Community, an educational hub where digital artists can share their processes and skills.
The AI Art School is an expansion of the established Digital Street Art School platform launched in 2024. Like the Digital Street Art School, AI Art School will feature tutorials from its ‘Made with Lenovo Yoga’ creators who bring original perspectives and skills, teaching students the fundamentals of AI art creation and the programs they use.
“AI is a skill and a craft, offering artists new ways to bring their imagination to life,” said Rogier Vijverberg, chief creative hero of SuperHeroes. “At AI Art School, our expert creators harness the power of AI to design art that blends tech with creative storytelling. The program is built to explore how we use these new innovative tools to craft distinctive, expressive works of art.”
AI Art School will consist of a series of courses, two of which have already been released. The first course is taught by Kael (aka palpa_visuals), who breaks down each of the steps in his process, starting from conceptualisation and gathering inspiration, to AI animation, post-processing, and compositing - and all the tools he uses along the way. The second will be taught by Ricardo Ortis (aka Ulises) and provides hands-on insights and creative strategies to push the boundaries of digital expression to create visually compelling works of art, as well as techniques for crafting poetic imagery, futuristic architectural concepts, and immersive storytelling.
