Southpaw Teams Up with TEDx as Lead Sponsor

Southpaw has announced its involvement with TEDxRoyalTunbridgeWells, as lead sponsor. This year’s event is themed ‘Leap of Faith’ and will also include presentations from war veteran and double amputee Simon Harmer and fundraiser Jaz O’Hara, whose Facebook posts on her visit to the Calais ‘jungle’ migrant camp sparked a massive online reaction.

Nick Adams, co-founder of TEDxRoyalTunbridgeWells, which launched in 2015, said: “We want to showcase Royal Tunbridge Wells to the world whilst also bringing the world to Tunbridge Wells with a blend of speakers local to us and speakers from much further afield. Our ambition for TEDxRoyalTunbridgeWells is to continue to bring the event to the town every summer, growing in size each year and always delivering a day of celebration, challenge and curiosity.

I love watching TED talks online – some are simply entertaining or thought-provoking, but some have changed the way I think and act.
