Global creative company Sid Lee announces the appointment of Celine Faledam, Robbie Izar, and Damara Dikeou to its creative and social teams in the United States, as well as the promotion of Melissa Spano from executive client partner to head of client partnerships, USA. Sid Lee continues to expand its footprint and provide stellar work to its partners by adding new perspectives within its ranks.

Celine Faledam joins Sid Lee as a creative director and believes in helping brands find the good they can offer the world. She is a provocateur and consistently champions progressive work that sparks questions and learning. As a visual storyteller, Celine has an artful style that celebrates beauty and vibrancy across touchpoints. She has led creative for previous clients, including Google, Walmart, lululemon, MasterCard, Coca-Cola, and more. Celine is excited to leverage Sid Lee's diverse capabilities and the kyu Collective network to continue to mold the company's creativity and culture.
Robbie Izar is the creative director of social and comes to Sid Lee from Oliver Agency, where he was the head of copy for Unilever North America's social media channels and led a team that worked on CPG brands such as Klondike, Magnum Ice Cream, MELĒ Skincare, and others. Before Oliver, Robbie worked on fully integrated campaigns for Liberty Mutual Insurance and TJX at Havas NY. As a creative, Robbie's storytelling combines insight and heart, earning him shortlists for The Webby Awards, New York Festivals Advertising Awards, and The Drum Social Awards. He is committed to leading by example and acting with kindness among his team while finding creative solutions to complex business problems.
Damara Dikeou, executive director of social, is an expert at building teams and leading work in the social media and digital marketing space. She comes to Sid Lee from Pereira O'Dell, where she led the social department and focused on strategy. Damara has worked on many projects for brands such as Zelle, Netflix, Amazon, and MINI Cooper. She has received recognition from Cannes Lions, The One Show, Clio Awards, and Shorty Social Good Awards for her work. Damara is thrilled to leverage Sid Lee's experience in content creation for gaming and entertainment brands and expand it to entirely new industries and initiatives.
As Sid Lee expands its creative and social teams and their capabilities, its priority remains building trusted partnerships with clients in which great work can flourish. The creative company has promoted Melissa Spano from executive client partner to head of client partnerships. With over 20 years as a client partner for brands like Dos Equis, Frito-Lay, Bank of America, and HBO, Melissa will be responsible for overseeing the client partnership teams across advertising, branding, and social clients, as well as leading key relationships.
