HeathWallace has announced the appointment of Sharon Fernandes as Managing Director for Asia.
Sharon was most recently Head of Client Engagement, Strategy and Operations at HeathWallace, a role she held for nearly two years and succeeds Maria Sit, who has moved to a new position with an international financial services company.
Of the new appointment, Dave Wallace, HeathWallace CEO, said, “Sharon’s experience both prior to and with HeathWallace makes her the perfect person to head our team through their next exciting challenges,” said Wallace. “She continues the good work that Maria began when our office in Hong Kong started operations in 2006.”

Fernandes has over 16 years’ digital solutions experience encompassing customer experience strategy, managing regional enterprise technology solutions and program management in financial services, insurance, luxury & retail industries. Prior to joining HeathWallace, Sharon helped establish the Hong Kong market footprint for SapientNitro where she was leading multiple accounts on strategic digital transformation initiatives involving regional end-to-end eCommerce solutions across China, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia.
“She brings with her extensive knowledge from working with multi-national clients in financial services, insurance and luxury retail industries which empowers her to grow our operations in Asia,” added Dave.
Reporting to Dave, Sharon will
work closely with her lead team, Aurelia Wong, Director of Client Engagement
and Strategy, Fred Aragao, User Experience Lead, Estuardo Heer, Creative Lead and
Michael Chung, Tech Lead to define our strategy and offerings to help diversify
HeathWallace’s business in Asia. The Hong Kong team will also work in close
collaboration with our Global Experience Design Practice and be supported by
Homaxi Irani, Global XD Practise Lead and Keiyu Kamatani, Global UX Lead.
