Del Campo Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi Argentina win Grand Prix
for Outdoor, Innovation, at Cannes Lions
An innovative campaign conceived by Maxi Itzkoff, Executive
Creative Director of Del Campo Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi Argentina,
has swept the board at Cannes Lions, highlighting the outstanding
creativity coming out of international Saatchi & Saatchi offices.
Winning the Grand Prix on Tuesday evening for Outdoor,
Innovation, as well as 2 silver Lions in the Direct category, and 2
Bronze Lions in Promo & Activation, Andes ‘Teletransporter’ is one
of the most decorated campaigns of this year’s Cannes Lions.
A ‘Teletransporter’ was created to promote Andes - one of
Argentina’s leading beer brands- and also provide a convenient
escape from men when they want to go clubbing with their mates.
If your loved one calls whilst you’re getting the drinks in, simply
step into the ‘Teletransporter’ sound booth, select one of 1,000
ambient sounds, and play a soundtrack such as being in hospital, or
working out at the gym (as opposed to working out your drinking
arm).
Pablo del Campo, CEO/ Creative Director of Saatchi & Saatchi
Argentina, Mexico and Puerto Rico, said of the win at Cannes:
"Cannes measures advertising impact. I feel very happy that a campaign that
worked incredibly well with consumers, has had such a good reception within the
Festival too; not only among the audience but also the jury.
A Grand Prix plus 8 lions made Cannes 2010 an outstanding year."
