Rodrigo Garcia Saiz Sweats the Rainbow

Los Angeles-based Boxer Films director Rodrigo Garcia Saiz mystifies the science of exercise physiology in the new :30 “Treadmill” for Skittles out of DDB Chicago.  

The spot features an elderly man literally sweating Skittles while jogging on an office gym treadmill, astounding a growing group of gawking coworkers.  The spot is the latest of the “Taste the Rainbow” campaign launched earlier this year which features an array of quirky characters which included the Garcia Saiz-shot spots “Bleachers,” “Cranky” and “Mentor,” which were shortlisted at the 2012 Cannes Lions.
