RocketMill, the UK’s largest employee-owned agency, has appointed Sean Goodchild as head of media services, supporting ambitious growth targets as it continues to expand within the UK. Working closely with Rhys Jackson, chief technology innovation officer, Sean’s primary focus will be on the continued expansion of the agency’s technology offering - using his experience and expertise to drive simplification, automation and innovation across their burgeoning portfolio.
With extensive knowledge of in-channel delivery, programming and technical capabilities, Sean joins RocketMill from performance marketing agency, Merkle, where he led a team delivering media solutions for clients such as Sky, Emirates and Now TV. His work for Now TV received industry recognition from the DMA awards in 2020 in the category ‘Best Use of Marketing Automation’.
Alongside Rhys, the team will build proprietary technology to create and maintain competitive advantage, continuously add value and solve some of the toughest challenges faced by brands today, such as cookie less attribution and media mix optimisation.
