RocketMill Appoints Joe Gambin as Chief Operating Officer

RocketMill, the UK’s largest employee-owned agency, has today announced the appointment of Joe Gambin as chief operating officer.

Reporting directly to CEO, Tom Byrne, Joe will continue to lead and scale agency operations across the UK, driving process and product innovation to meet the needs of employees and clients alike. 

Joe previously held the position of operations director, establishing much of the operating infrastructure that has enabled 30% compound annual business growth across the last four years and seen agency headcount triple.

Leveraging his analytics background, a primary focus will be upon driving the continued development and adoption of Octane, the agency’s proprietary technology solution designed to create and maintain competitive advantage, equipping the agency to solve some of the toughest challenges faced by brands today, such as incrementality and media mix modelling.
