Riva Taylor Professes Her Love for Music in ‘Mr. Right’ Promo
It’s all about the love, life and music in Riva Taylor’s stylish new music video for her track ‘Mr. Right’.
Riva Taylor has taken the classic love song and flipped it on its head (thank god!) with her catchy new pop track that places music as her one and only. And after a season of hearing ‘All I Want for Christmas is You’ on repeat, this is a welcome breath of fresh air. All the talented singer-songwriter needed then was a music video to match… Enter The Graft’s Jordan Rossi - an up and coming director and one to watch out for in 2019 - who teamed up with Riva to capture her love of music in a fresh, youthful and vibrant way. And it’s safe to say that he delivered!
When discussing the music video Jordan said: “Shooting this video was such a great experience. Riva is so incredibly hands on and involved at every level of the process. On the shoot day we were constantly discussing various setups, thinking about her performance, and swapping ideas. It’s so refreshing to be able to engage with an artist and collaborate together from start to finish. When you’ve worked with someone this closely, it’s amazing to see your shared vision come together.”
Set for release on January 10th, this video is bursting with beauty moments, fashion forward styling and of course, Riva strutting her stuff in an L.A. style assortment of locations – and not to mention an array of awesome looks. But the thing that comes across the most is Riva’s personality, joy and genuine love of music. It leaps off the screen with every move, every lyric and every note. So, look out for this video if you want an upbeat ode to pop that will blow away the cobwebs and bring you into 2019 with a bang.
