RANKIN and Rook Celebrates Valentine's with a Weekend of Events

At a time when society is seemingly more fractured than ever, Rankin and Rook Perfumes are joining forces to stand up for inclusively and love; celebrating passion in all of its forms across a multisensory immersive weekend.

Presenting three brand new fragrances, Rook is partnering with Rankin to promote the emotive nature of scent. Highlighting the link between fragrance and memory, this exclusive launch honours Nadeem Crowe, Rook’s founder, his journey from heartbreak, and how this lead him to discover his passion for fragrance.

“A scent has the ‘Proust’ effect on me, with each of my scents transporting me to a time and place, and I can’t wait to hear the stories of how they transport others.” said Nadeem Crowe, Rook Perfumes. 

Across the Valentine’s weekend Rankin will also be inviting the public to swoon in exclusive couple’s photoshoots. Whether it’s your mother, your best friend or your partner, everyone has a soulmate and with a RANKIN LOVE photoshoot you can capture this feeling forever.

In the spirit of celebration, Rankin is also launching a new series of images: HOLD YOUR BREATH. These pieces see Rankin exploring what modern love is, in all it’s raw, unretouched honesty. Part of an ongoing project HOLD YOUR BREATH takes an intimate look at real relationships with the candid honesty that Rankin is known for. This is all under the banner of OPEN STUDIO, where Rankin is allowing you into his work space to see behind the scenes and into the world of fashion and portrait photography. At a location that has hosted everyone from fashion royalty, to the biggest actors and musicians of our time, RANKIN STUDIO is where superstars step in front of Rankin’s lens.

This OPEN STUDIO will be accompanied by a display of archival images, books and prints from across Rankin’s career, available to purchase in Rankin’s first pop-up store.

The exhibition will run from 14th - 16th February at Rankin's Kentish Town studio. The private view will be held on February 13th.
