New Desperados campaign via new integrated arm of Dufresen Corrigan Scarlett
Quad director Bruno Aveillan, whose extraordinary, beautiful visual style and epic storytelling we've all come to know for brands such as Cartier and Louis Vuitton, has turned his eye to a concrete jungle, and the urban tribes that inhabit it, for the film "Bump," part of the new worldwide campaign "Cheers & Slam" for Desperados and the new agency DECISIVE. Bruno uses his meticulous attention to every visual detail of the bold fashion of the city dwellers, the iconic LA skyline, and the bounding choreography, to exquisitely unleash the adrenaline and edgy spirit of raw revelry, set to music by The Hives.
The online campaign encompasses five viral movies: "Hairstyle," "Tongue," "Look," "Juggling," and "Band," by US director Floria Sigismondi, who directed "The Snatch" for Desperados with Quad last year. With music by The Willows and others, the films introduce five characters at a Desperados party, and an unexpected twist that reveals their personality.
This new Desperados campaign was produced for DECISIVE, a brand new offshoot of Dufresne Corrigan Scarlett, a fresh, full-service integrated agency based in Paris, whose idea-artisans have an international profile.
