Mary Chambers is appointed at Publicis Toronto with Catherine Parsons and Scott Pinkney promoted at Publicis Hawkeye

Effective immediately, Mary Chambers is appointed as chief strategy officer (CSO) of Publicis Toronto. Catherine Parsons is promoted to EVP, managing director and Scott Pinkney to chief creative officer for Publicis Hawkeye. These strategic promotions come amid a period of significant growth for the agency, doubling its headcount in the Toronto office to over 610 staff in just two years.

Mary Chambers brings years of invaluable experience to her new role, returning to the agency where she previously served as SVP planning. Mary re-joined the agency prior to successfully pitching for the Rogers business in early 2024. She will partner with Vini Dalvi, CCO of Publicis and will lead a diverse team of strategists supporting the agency’s portfolio of clients and fostering synergy among various disciplines.

Catherine Parsons and Scott Pinkney, alongside Vish Ramkissoon, chief technology officer of Publicis Hawkeye, have played critical roles in founding Publicis Hawkeye eight years ago and growing its position and reputation as one of the leading CRM brands in North America.

Catherine embodies an exceptional blend of business acumen and strategic insight, contributing to Hawkeye’s remarkable growth in recent years. Scott is renowned for his ability to create work that not only delivers results but also sets industry standards. His creative vision, recognised by prestigious organisations like the CMA and Cannes Lions, has driven the agency’s creative excellence.

Brett McIntosh, president of Publicis Toronto, commented, "What excites me is the clear impact Mary, Catherine, and Scott have on our agency and the work we do, fuelling our growth. As true innovators and versatile talents, they perfectly embody our Alchemy culture. Their promotions mark a pivotal moment in our journey and I'm confident they will lead us to even greater achievements.”
