Publicis Media Canada announces three strategic leadership appointments across its organization, reinforcing its commitment to growth and excellence in 2025 and beyond. The appointments, effective immediately, span Publicis Media’s sister agencies, Starcom and Spark Foundry, as well as its overarching data and technology operations.


Veronik L’Heureux Named CEO of Starcom Canada

Veronik L’Heureux has been appointed CEO of Starcom Canada. Veronik’s remarkable career includes 12 years at Dentsu and seven years at Spark Foundry, where she led the agency through a period of transformative growth as president. 

“I am thrilled to join Starcom as CEO and continue working with the incredible teams and clients within the Publicis Media family,” said Veronik. “Starcom has a legacy of delivering exceptional results, and I am eager to build on this foundation to energize its culture, and to stimulate innovation and growth for our clients.”


Maryann Rusnak Promoted to President of Spark Foundry Canada

Maryann Rusnak has been promoted to president of Spark Foundry Canada, succeeding Veronik L’Heureux. Maryann has been an integral part of Spark Foundry for the past three years, following a successful career on the client side at Expedia and agency-side roles at Mediacom. 

“It’s an honour to step into this role and lead Spark Foundry Canada at such an exciting time,” said Maryann. “I look forward to working with our incredible teams to continue fostering innovation, creativity, and success for our clients.”


Scott Glitz to lead Publicis Media’s Data and Technology Operations

Publicis Media Canada has also appointed Scott Glitz as EVP, data where he will lead its Media Data Intelligence (MDI) team, GrowthOS, Publicis ID, and its suite of data-driven products. Scott will work closely with Ken Gamage, who oversees strategic operations and research, to drive innovation and leverage cutting-edge data capabilities to empower clients and deliver transformative results.
