Leading strategic and creative growth consultancy Prophet announced the promotions of Alix Hahn to chief people officer and Andres Nicholls to chief creative officer. In addition, both are also being named to Prophet’s executive committee.
“Hahn and Andres Nicholls have both played pivotal roles in growing Prophet over their long tenures and I know they will have even more impact in their new executive roles,” said Michael Dunn, chairman and CEO of Prophet. “Their advancements recognize their significant contributions to the firm and its clients.”
Alix was promoted to the chief people officer role after serving as interim chief people officer since September 2023, and as an SVP leading global recruiting since 2003. She will continue to be responsible for Prophet’s global talent strategy while also stewarding all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, L&D, HR operations, performance management, compensation & benefits, culture & engagement, and more for the firm's 500-plus employees around the world.

Since joining Prophet in 2009, Nicholls has played a critical role in building the global design practice by producing stunning and impactful creative work for some of the world’s most iconic companies, including AT&T, AbbVie, Allergan Aesthetics, AXA, Emart, JetBlue, J.P. Morgan, Scholastic, Target, UBS and more. He combines his background in architecture with many years in brand consulting to drive creative ideas.

Andres will be responsible for helping the executive team chart the next chapter of creativity at Prophet, including honing its creative value propositions, optimizing ways of working among disciplines, and continuing to uplevel the quality of creative work.
