The Argentine production company, founded by Plástico and Mariano Echarri, has reached a collaboration agreement in Spain with Lee Films. The Madrid office will be led by Irene Núñez Palma. This new opening adds to POSTER’s offices in New York, Buenos Aires, and Mexico City, positioning the company strategically towards Europe.
“I was drawn to the challenge of opening and leading this new project in Spain with Poster’s unique characteristics. We have an excellent roster and a production dynamic that involves all the other offices and both companies, Poster and Lee, creating a unique symbiosis and workflow,” said Irene Núñez Palma, executive producer.
“At Poster, we believe in teamwork, and every time we face the challenge of opening a new office, the first thing we think about is the team. That's why we decided to partner with Lee Films, to have all their experience and support when producing high-quality content,” confirmed Mariano Echarri, co-founder and managing director of Poster.
In addition to POSTER’s already well-known directors—Plástico, Dana Campanello, Sebastián Caporelli, among others—the production company continued to strengthen its roster in 2023 by bringing in talents such as Quinto, Nicolás Alarcos, Dulcidio, Mateo Caride, Noduermo, Michu Bianchi, and Alba Ricart. They also expanded their team of executive producers to further spread their culture globally.
One year after opening their office in Mexico and in celebration of their 15th anniversary in the industry, POSTER continues with its mission of "Trying to change the world one film at a time."
