Polar Bear Reveals Its Sweeter Side in Milkana Cheese Lollipop Ad

Dairy brand Milkana has launched the new packaging design for its Milkana Cheese Lollipop in the Chinese market. To mark the launch, Publicis Shanghai has created a lighthearted spot featuring a friendly, CG polar bear, created by post production studio Juice in Poland. 

For the Juice team, the most challenging part of the production was creating a unique concept for the polar bear: "We wanted to achieve something between a cartoon look - think The Jungle Book - and a real-life animal," notes the team at Juice. "That is why the Milkana bear's movements are very natural. Despite being a friendly character, he also looks a bit serious in a few shots – this is the contrast we wanted. Also, the environment itself is quite specific – it's developed to look like the Arctic, but the colours soften the look, making the Milkana world feel like a fairy tale."
