To lead this phase of growth, Emily Joannisse has been appointed as executive director of talent and operations. Emily brings over 15 years of experience from leading agencies like Sid Lee and BBR, where she developed a reputation for fostering collaboration across disciplines and strengthening agency culture. Her expertise in talent management, people operations, and culture building aligns with PIGEON’s commitment to cultivating a dynamic and people-focused work environment.

Mya McNulty, an award-winning art director and designer with over 15 years of experience, joins PIGEON to bolster the agency's creative capabilities. Known for her visual storytelling, Mya has created engaging multi-channel content and brand experiences for major clients such as Loblaws, Porter Airlines, CAA, Mazda, GEICO, Sobeys, and Aeroplan. Her deep expertise in editorial art direction, digital and social campaigns, and branding will help PIGEON deliver impactful creative solutions across all platforms.
Charles Desmarchais steps in as an art director, bringing six years of experience, including a tenure at Cossette. Known for his bold creativity and enthusiasm for design, Charles is excited to push boundaries and explore new creative horizons at PIGEON. His energetic and fearless approach to design challenges will inject fresh ideas into the agency’s creative processes.
Frederic Graf, a seasoned professional with over 25 years in the advertising industry, joins PIGEON with a wealth of experience as a producer and studio director, including over 20 years at lg2. Frederic’s diverse expertise in production management, project management, and account services - working with renowned brands such as Bell, Loto-Québec, Desjardins, Nike, L'Oréal, and BMW - will bring operational excellence and strategic oversight to PIGEON’s expanding portfolio.
Emma Givre, originally from Paris, France, joins PIGEON as account manager in the Toronto office. She holds a degree from Grenoble EM and has studied at McGill University and Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. Emma has prior experience on the client side with Nestlé in France. Emma now manages projects with Danone, applying her background and international experience to support client needs and project goals.
Lee-Anne Cormier is a coordinator in the client services department. Lee-Anne has several years experience in recruitment as well as production coordinator at Rodeo FX, and is excited to have finally taken the leap to move into project and production management with PIGEON.
