Parkdean Resorts, the UK’s largest holiday park operator, has appointed Neverland as its lead creative agency.
The award-winning holiday park operator, which operates 66 parks and welcomes over 3m guests a year, launched a pitch process earlier in 2024 to find the right partner to help drive brand awareness and become a household name.
London-based Neverland is known for its creative work with brands such as Innocent and Rightmove. The pitch process was run by Lee Woodard of Nomi Digital and saw four agencies taken through to the final pitching stage, with Neverland coming out top.
Neverland will work closely with Parkdean Resorts’ internal creative teams to develop a new creative platform and campaign that runs across every touchpoint of the brand’s communications and consumer experience.
Xavier Vallee, Chief Customer Officer at Parkdean Resorts commented: “We’re delighted to announce that Neverland will be working with us to help us develop a new distinctive creative brand platform, bringing to life our customer centric ethos. Throughout a competitive process, Neverland displayed outstanding creativity, and demonstrated a real understanding of our brand and the opportunities that exist to go to the next level, and we can’t wait to start working with the team”.
Jon Forsyth, Co-founder & CCO at Neverland said: “For us, being given the brief to turn one of the UK’s biggest holiday companies into a household brand name, is like being a kid in a candy store, with all your friends on the sunniest day of the year.”
