Stink Studios offers unsatisfied job seekers the chance of finding 'that job' in its debut advertising campaign for Otta, the job search platform with a mission to help everyone find the fulfilling career they deserve.
Breaking just as the peak job searching period of new year begins, “Otta helps you find that job” is now running online and OOH across the UK. It builds on the brand’s mission to transform the world of work by challenging some of the most frustrating parts of finding a job.
In out-of-home executions, Stink Studio’s creative describes the ideal jobs that Otta helps people find. Executions such as “A job where it’s the work that’s challenging, not the people” and “A job that makes a real difference. And not just to shareholders.” tap into the mindset of the more discerning job seeker.
Online, Stink Studios has created eye-catching animated videos in Otta’s distinctive, abstract brand world. The work addresses common career complaints like difficult colleagues and not being listened to. All creative, both digital and static, was produced in-house by Stink Studios.
The ultimate aim is to raise awareness of Otta and drive understanding of their unique position as a job search platform which really puts candidates first.
Justin Mulcahy, creative director at Stink Studios, said: “For most job platforms, finding you a job is just a numbers game - throw enough job-mud at the wall and see what sticks. Otta’s approach is more personal. They find out exactly what you’re looking for first and then match you with a role. Simple, but effective. We hope our campaign helps Otta help more people to find that job.”
