Prior to joining OLIVER, Katy held senior positions at RAPP – part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group

OLIVER – the only company in the world to exclusively design, build and run in-house agencies and ecosystems for brands – announces the appointment of Katy Dunn as executive client partnerships director. This marks another strategic addition to its UK Senior Leadership Team as the agency continues to strengthen its position as brands' closest growth partner for 2025 and beyond. 

This key appointment follows a series of senior hires and promotions within OLIVER UK's leadership team, reflecting its commitment to assembling industry-leading expertise to drive its ambitious 2025 strategy. Reporting to Ed Howarth, chief client officer, Katy joins OLIVER's UK Leadership Team, bringing over two decades of expertise in Global Customer Engagement, CRM, and Loyalty across various sectors including Retail, Travel, Luxury, Automotive, and CPG. 

Prior to joining OLIVER, Katy held senior positions at RAPP – part of Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group – where she progressed from strategy partner to managing partner, collaborating on global growth initiatives. Her impressive career also includes roles as customer director at IAG, overseeing brands such as British Airways and Iberia, and various leadership positions at dunnhumby, where she specialised in delivering personalisation at scale and communications strategy.

In her new role, Dunn will work closely with OLIVER's UK Leadership Team on key accounts across fashion, retail and FMCG.
