The Madrid-based independent agency reinforces its creative department with internationally-oriented, award-winning talent

Independent agency Officer & Gentleman announced today the incorporation of Kiki Holshuijsen and Fran Pascual to their creative department. The two joined the team earlier this year as senior creatives to work on a host of projects for a wide range of global clients.

According to Alex Katz and Javi Iñiguez de Onzoño, executive creative directors and co-founders of Officer & Gentleman, “Kiki and Fran bring a whole lot to the table: Bold ideas, amazing craft and an international focus that fits perfectly with our global clientele. In the short time they’ve been here, they’ve already been instrumental in winning several important pitches and creating campaigns for the likes of Nike, Prime Video, EasyToys, Kraft Heinz and Fundación Eddy – and we can’t wait to see what they’ll do next.” 

Originally from Amsterdam, Kiki has worked as a copywriter at Lola MullenLowe in Madrid and DEPT® in the Netherlands, where last year she was awarded the Golden Saw for "Best Emerging Creative Talent". She has worked in Spanish, English and Dutch for international clients such as Dove, Magnum, Axe/Lynx, Bayer, Corona, UberEats, Triumph and Accell Group. 

Previously named one of the best young portfolios by The One Show, Fran has worked as an art director for various European agencies such as BBDO Germany, Superheroes Amsterdam, &Rosàs and Sra Rushmore, crafting original campaigns for variety of global accounts, including EA Sports, Porsche, Rexona, Iberdrola, Pescanova and Carbonell.

In addition, their work, both professional and personal, has been recognised at international festivals such as D&AD, The One Show, Club de Creativos, El Sol, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Eurobest, Gerety Awards and AdForum's SPHNX.

Both share an emphasis on combining delicate craft with a good dose of humour, as well as a strong commitment to social causes. They have already carried out several proactive projects with a societal focus within the agency, as well as personal activations, e.g. to combat homophobia in blood donations or human rights violations in the Qatar World Cup.
