The Monsoon Accessorize group has appointed creative agency ODD for both of its namesake brands following a competitive pitch.
Founded by Peter Simon in 1973, Monsoon was one of the first brands to bring an exotic aesthetic to the British high street. Now with over 1,100 stores globally across 70 territories, it still owns a unique position amongst its competitors with its emphasis on artisan, heritage, hand embellishment and a contemporary bohemian aesthetic.
Ten years later, Accessorize was born in Covent Garden, as a sister brand to Monsoon, offering on-trend affordable accessories, with a unique identity and distinctive handwriting.
ODD has been tasked with developing a fully integrated global campaign for both brands for SS’16, which will roll out across both offline and online media channels.
