Uncommon Experience Studio has been appointed to handle the creative and customer experience account for small business marketplace, Not On The High St. The appointment follows a competitive pitch process managed directly by the client.
UCX are tasked with driving awareness and sales through the full funnel, including advertising, customer communications and website experience.
Emilie Mouquot, VP marketing, said, “Uncommon Experience Studio thrilled our whole team with their provocative thinking and full funnel approach. We are very excited to see this new collaboration support the evolution of our brand proposition and customer experience with our founding principles at its heart.”
Ben Golik, creative partner, Uncommon Experience Studio added, “There’s so much untapped potential in Not On The High St’s platform for small businesses - a community of diverse makers that we cannot wait to rep and grow. The team is up for big new things and we are excited to run at it.”
The first work by UCX breaks this week - a cheeky not-tie-in to a very pink film release, ‘The totally coincidental Pink Friday sale’. The work runs across digital OOH, social and customer comms and will lead to a fully pink on-site shopping experience for the Friday event.
This will include bright pink posters on digivans following the film release in questions marketing on buses around London.
Ben said, “A certain film release, the dopamine décor trend, Pantone’s colour of the year — this is a celebration of the season’s biggest-selling colour. This all-pink shop is the perfect summer drop.”
Emilie added, “This was a proactive idea that we loved for its playfulness and cross-channel creativity that resonates with our audience. We’re excited to see it go live as the start of our brilliant collaborative partnership with Uncommon.”
