The American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A's) has named Nicole Rizzo SVP business intelligence and insight. Nicole will provide leadership, advocacy, and insight around finance, operations, and legal affairs to 4A's member agencies as well as help create new service areas. She will report into Mollie Rosen, EVP of the strategy, insight and innovation practice, at the 4A’s.

Nicole’s experience in client negotiations, knowledge and insight of agency operations and financial models will be a key point of difference for our members as they look to expand their capabilities, drive greater workflow efficiency, and evolve compensation models to align with the value they create.”
Prior to joining the 4A’s Nicole spent five years at R/GA as SVP, Finance, where she worked closely with senior leadership to scale its finance function globally. Before joining R/GA, Nicole spent nearly a decade at The Ogilvy Group in two different roles: senior partner, executive finance and operations director at Ogilvy Entertainment. Nicole was instrumental in helping launch its first branded content and entertainment division with the company's president. She also held roles at FCB Health and as principal of her own financial consulting firm. Bringing experience from Ogilvy, FCB Health, and R/GA together, she will leverage her commercial acumen and data-driven approach to advance the interests of the 4A's members while providing strategic and commercial guidance.
