Nescafé has released a new campaign which uses shareable video to bring the coffee brand's aim to start connections to life in an emotional and engaging way.
Despite technology keeping us constantly connected to others, according to official statistics we are actually more lonely then ever - with Germany topping the list of most lonely countries.
So Nescafé took to the streets of Germany in its latest campaign, to surprise and delight commuters and help connect them with the real world around them.
On one grey morning in Berlin, Nescafé transformed a busy crossing into a free coffee vending machine. They installed video screens on either side and a 'push together' button, and only when unsuspecting commuters on the opposite sides had engaged and worked the crossing together, did they get a free cup of of coffee to go.
