Independent creative agency, Neverland, has announced its re-appointment as Age UK’s lead agency covering the charity’s brand and fundraising work.
The review, which kicked off at the start of 2025, took place following the charity’s decision to bring their brand and fundraising team’s work together with one creative agency.
The pitch process finished at the end of March with three agencies making it to the final stage of the process. Neverland and Age UK will be kicking off their new expanded work together shortly and the first campaign from this new partnership will be launching in Q3 of 2025.
Louisa Fyans, chief comms and brand officer, Age UK, ‘After a very competitive pitch we are delighted that we will be reappointing Neverland as Age UK’s lead creative agency. We are moving to a closer integration of our brand and fundraising marketing, in order to deeply engage more people in our cause and mission. We believe that Neverland will be the best partners to support us on this journey due to their strategic and creative vision for our brand.’
Josh Harris, CEO at Neverland said, “Sometimes in a relationship, you choose to renew your vows. It’s a show of trust, pride, and commitment. We’re absolutely buzzing about renewing ours with Age UK. We’re wearing this win like a badge of honour.”
Rebecca Nunneley, lead consultant at the AAR said, “Age UK were committed to running a fair and transparent selection process - something that’s especially important when an incumbent agency is involved. I’m grateful to all the agencies for the thought, care and energy they brought to the process. Neverland’s approach consistently stood out; they fully deserve this win, and the strength of their thinking throughout gives real confidence in the partnership ahead."
