VaynerMedia New York announced today that Nadia Kamran has joined the agency as executive creative director. In this role, she will report to chief creative officer Rob Lenois, and oversee creative initiatives across a range of clients. Nadia joins from MRM where she served as EVP, executive creative director. 

“As an integrated agency with an expertise in creating culturally relevant content, it was important to hire an executive creative director who can bring our unique perspective to life through our work,” said Rob. “Nadia is a multi-disciplinary creative leader and strategic problem solver with a passion for ideas that make a difference. She truly has the capability and passion to deliver content that is impactful and drives results for our clients. I’m excited to have Nadia join our organisation.”

As executive creative director at MRM, Nadia was responsible for transforming the agency’s creative department. During her tenure, she oversaw creative on multiple brands including Verizon, Cigna, Honeywell, Crystal Cruises and American Queen Voyages. She led and won multiple large scale integrated pitches and launched high-profile brand experiences and transformations. Her work has been recognised by Cannes Lions, The One Show, Clio Awards and has been featured on CNN, CBS, Guardian, Scientific America, Cool Hunting® and at IFA (Internationale Funkausstellung) Berlin.

“VaynerMedia is doing something big and really unique – they are turning the creative process on its head to make it about the consumer, infused with culture. They understand that when you make it about the people, you reach them in a deeper, more meaningful way,” said Nadia. “That, to me, is an extraordinary culture and one I want to be a part of.” 

Nadia assumes her role with immediate effect.
