MSQ Sport + Entertainment, the creative agency working at the intersection of sport and entertainment, has announced the appointment of Georgia Bridgwood to its leadership team as the agency’s strategy partner.
Georgia joins MSQ Sport + Entertainment from Sky Creative, where she had been the Head of Creative Strategy, working on major campaigns such as ‘The Greatest Show on Earth’, which brought together Idris Elba and a plethora of sport stars to promote Sky Sports’ vast offering.
In her new role, Georgia will work across MSQ Sport + Entertainment’s breadth of clients, turning key insights into cohesive strategies that help brands navigate the complexities and nuances of the sport and entertainment industries.
Georgia is the first senior full-time hire made by MSQ Sport + Entertainment’s founders Jamie Wynne-Morgan and Steve Martin, following the agency’s launch in June. Two further hires, a creative partner and a managing partner, will complete the senior leadership team line up in early 2025.
Bringing agency and client-side experience to MSQ Sport + Entertainment, Georgia joined Sky Creative in 2021, creating campaigns to launch a variety of award-winning Sky shows, new channels and partnerships. Prior to this she was a senior planner at The Union, one of Scotland’s largest advertising agencies, and has also held roles at GOOD agency, as well as in the marketing departments of organisations including Breakthrough Breast Cancer and the mental health charity MQ.

MSQ Sport + Entertainment launched earlier this year with a commitment to using the power of sport and entertainment to create deeper connections for brands, talent and rights holders. Services span sponsorship strategy and activation, social content strategy and production, PR and communications, live experiential events and talent management.
The agency has already begun working on a number of retained undisclosed projects with some of the UK’s largest brands and sports organisations, and signed up Callaway Golf as its founding client.
