Truant London launches Rockstar Energy ‘Press Play’ campaign

Truant London kicked off its relationship with Rockstar Energy by delivering a one-of-a-kind pre-party marking the launch of their newest campaign, 'Press Play'. Focussing on above-the-line media with a program of regional activations, the campaign is all about making sure you don’t hit pause on life, but ‘Press Play’ on the things you love. The first activation from Truant recognised that the most unforgettable nights out start with a switch - creating moments in between work and play that put you in the party mood. 

The event in Manchester saw three hours of unforgettable hype, hosted by none-other than, party legend - MistaJam, and his superstar network of friends - Raye, Tom Grennan and Ella Eyre.

Accompanying the exclusive pre-party for 100 lucky punters, was a convoy of sampling vans manoeuvring throughout the city playing music and sharing Rockstar products, helping people get ready for that work to play moment and amplifying the ‘Press Play’ campaign.

Truant, alongside London PR agency Pangolin and Manchester based production outfit Thirty Pound Gentlemen, ensured the night gained huge traction online via influencers and press coupled with a raft of ‘impossible to forget’ moments; artists shoulder to shoulder with their fans singing along to their hits, dazzling dancers, fully immersive theatrics, innovative photo experiences, video games, sampling, merch and a world exclusive track drop. All before 9pm. That’s how you switch up the night. The bar has been set for Rockstar Pre-Parties.

We could then share this Press Play attitude through the content we captured.”
