Merkle, dentsu's experience-led, data-driven experience transformation consultancy, has announced its designation as Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Adobe Experience Cloud Professional Services 2024-2025 Vendor Assessment.
IDC’s team of experts conducted this assessment, measuring success primarily by vendors’ capabilities and strategies. Judging criteria included offerings delivered, vendors’ range of services, innovation, and customer service delivery. Merkle scored as exceeding expectations in eight out of nine categories, particularly excelling in client empowerment, industry-specific capabilities, and value for money. IDC noted Merkle’s ability to draw on dentsu’s resources across media and creative in its activation of Adobe technology. The assessment also cites Merkle’s deep and longstanding relationship with Adobe, as well as Merkle’s Adobe-specialised employees (1,300+), as reasons for the company’s high ranking.
"At Merkle, our mission is to empower businesses to unlock the full potential of the Adobe platform, delivering personalised and impactful interactions that resonate deeply with clients,” says Pete Stein, global president. “We are excited to receive this evaluation from IDC, confirming our excellence in Adobe products and services, our focus on driving tangible business results, and reaffirming our contributions that empower brands to thrive in the experience economy.”
In previous IDC assessments, Merkle was recognised in the Leaders category in both the IDC MarketScape: Experience Build Services 2023-2024 and the IDC MarketScape: Experience Design Services 2023-2024 assessments. This recognition also follows Merkle’s placement as a 'Leader' in the Everest Group Adobe Services PEAK Matrix Assessment 2024 and as a 'Strong Performer' in The Forrester Wave: Adobe Services, Q3 2024.
