MEC, a leading media agency, has appointed Andreas Nicolaides as Operations Director and Katie Reed as Campaign Strategist in the agency’s Organic Performance division. Both are newly created roles within the Organic Performance division.
Andreas will be responsible for leading strategy and training across the division to ensure it continues to provide the latest and most effective techniques to drive growth in organic search for clients’ businesses. Andreas will also be responsible for delivering regular technical audits across all client work and will be reporting into Ben McKay, Managing Director at MEC Organic Performance. Formerly Organic Performance Manager at MoneySupermarket.com, Andreas brings with him a wealth of experience in developing and delivering SEO strategy and operations.

Additionally, Katie will be supporting strategy, campaign operations and client servicing across key accounts within the Organic Performance division. Katie will report into Simon Jones, Campaign Director at MEC Organic Performance. Katie joins MEC from Direct Line Group where she was an Online Marketing Consultant, responsible for the development and management of the digital strategy for Direct Line Group Careers including the website, PPC, SEO, social media and CRM activity. Previously Katie was Senior Online Marketing Manager in Home Insurance at Swinton Group Ltd where she led the multi-channel management for all campaigns for Swinton Home Insurance online.
