McKinney announced today that Jasmine Dadlani has been named Director of Strategy in the agency’s New York office.
Jasmine comes to McKinney after serving as SVP, Director of Brand Planning at Cramer-Krasselt. She also served as SVP/ Brand Planning at Deutsch New York and Brand Planning Director at Arnold Worldwide in Washington, D.C.
Dadlani joins a dynamic team led by CEO, NY Joe Maglio with ECD Mike Pierantozzi and Director, Experiential Marketing Michelle Son.
“Jasmine is a tremendous addition to our team by every count,” said Pierantozzi. “She innovates, inspires and mentors, all in the service of making the work better. In no time, I could tell she has an innate understanding of culture and trends that allows her to arrive at how brands can emotionally connect with people. I am truly excited to partner with her.”
For Dadlani, it was an easy decision to join McKinney, considering the potential she discovered in everything McKinney has to offer.
“I found a rare combination at McKinney,” said Dadlani. “Outstanding creative work that drives business results, a growing roster of diverse, world-class clients, and a culture that is amazingly collaborative within and across offices. I’m thrilled to partner strategically with the top-tier talent that McKinney attracts.”
Dadlani will serve on a team of award-winning strategists at McKinney led by Chief Strategy Officer Walt Barron. In addition to multiple Jay Chiat Awards for Strategic Excellence, the agency earned WARC’s Prize for Social Strategy, has been a dominant force in the Effie Awards for well over a decade, and has been named Most Effective Agency in the World by the Effie Effectiveness Index sponsored by WARC.
“Jasmine is rare,” said Barron. “She’s unusually passionate for someone so experienced. Unusually endearing for someone so relentless and tough. Unusually humble for someone so accomplished. Unusually down to earth for someone so smart. We’re lucky to have her join our team, and I know she’ll help make our work even stronger and more effective.
