Leo Burnett UK has become known for supporting McDonald’s products with bold, uncompromising creativity in recent years. From the unforgettable hit ‘Raise Your Arches’ Edgar Wright campaign last year, to their daring work in the out-of-home sector as of late. We saw overflowing billboards reminding us to make the most of our money, as well as minimalist design highlighting the core products in a good breakfast McMuffin with signature colours and memorable typography.

Harnessing the boldness and minimalist design of previous OOH ads,  Leo Burnett UK has just launched a brand new instalment of their McDonald’s billboard series, that anybody would remember.

The poster sees a perfectly shaped sausage and egg McMuffin placed on the recognisable phone alarm icon, making it clear to audiences that at 7:30am one wouldn’t need anything else but a hearty breakfast, “done properly,” as the copy on the billboard reads.
