Matthias Lebeer Joins Johnny Foreigner

Belgian-born, London-based director Matthias Lebeer is now exclusively represented by Johnny Foreigner for direct agency work in the UK. 

Matthias's journey began with an Oscar-shortlisted short film, leading to campaigns for global brands. Notably, amidst the challenges of a pandemic and the joys of parenthood, he orchestrated a shoot for Nikon across 12 countries.

His portfolio seamlessly transitions from inventive macro-shots to dynamic sports captures and evocative lifestyle imagery, earning him multiple accolades, including two Gold Cannes Lions.

Partnering with prestigious brands like Dolce & Gabbana, Rolex, and The Singleton Whiskey, Matthias leaves an indelible mark with each collaboration. His creative vision extends to music videos for Mark Knopfler and with his work on Belgium's Eurovision entry in 2020 earning acclaim.

With a recent focus on blending sports narratives with human experiences, inspired by projects including contributions to the 2024 Summer Olympics and collaborations with Cisco and Real Madrid, Matthias is charting a new creative path.

Expanding his creative horizons, Matthias is in pre-production for a six-episode TV series titled "This is Not a Murder Mystery," for Studio Canal UK. Additionally, he's delving into feature film territory with a project in development alongside the producers of Oscar-nominated films like "The Insult" and "Days of Glory."
