Rushes is delighted to announce the appointment of Matt Turner who will join Rushes as Director of Telecine, effective from August 2nd 2010. In his new role leading the grading dept, Turner will work closely with awards winning Colourists Simone Grattarola and Denny Cooper, adding to a strong and exceptionally talented team.
Prior to joining leading post company Rushes, Turner worked as Senior Colourist at COMPANY 3, America's premiere grading facility, in LA on a number of high profile projects. These included Superbowl credits for Bridgestone Tires (director, Daniel Kleinman) and Coke Zero (director, Fred Goss) and more recently, Travelers Insurance (director, Daniel Kleinman) Kia (director, Carl Erik Rinsch) as well as a move into feature digital intermediate (DI).
Before his move to the U.S. Turner had a stellar 5-year run at Framestore London and prior to that, 9 years at The Mill. During his tenure at Framestore & The Mill, Turner worked with many of the top commercial directors in Europe including - Daniel Kleinman, Peter Thwaites, Ringan Ledwidge, Frederick Bond, Frank Budgen and Daniel Barber, on award winning ads for such international brands as Guinness, Monster.Com, Nissan, Sony PlayStation and Vodafone.
