Building on its strong track record of success in automotive experiential marketing, Match Marketing Group has hired marketing veteran Rebecca Sander to lead strategic business development. Rebecca will add her expertise to this growing segment of Match’s client portfolio, bringing 20 years in automotive industry marketing to the effort. Based in her hometown of Detroit, Rebecca will work across Match Marketing Group to drive best-in-class automotive work centered on the principle that data can be used to create more targeted events and personalised – and therefore influential – consumer experiences.
Over the course of her career, Rebecca has designed and executed a range of event types and styles within the auto sector, from boutique VIP events to annual dealer meetings with thousands of attendees. Rebecca also led the retail and consumer re-launch of FIAT, Lincoln Motor Company, and smart USA. Rebecca has also worked with OEM groups to maximise investments in CRM, incentives, and events supported by digital and social media – all skills that align with Match Marketing Groups existing automotive efforts. This breadth and depth of experience has given her a thorough understanding of auto brand positioning, and the key marketing considerations across the consumer journey that drive conversion.
