The soundtrack for the second series of Thunderbirds Are Go releases today on all streaming platforms. The soundtrack, composed by Nick Foster and his brother Ben Foster, includes modern touches but still retains reverence for the original score and is performed by a full symphony orchestra.
Manners McDade’s Nick Foster is a multiple BAFTA-winning composer, arranger and producer of music for television, commercials and film. Working both solo and in collaboration from Air Studios, London. Nick has made his name composing distinctive and emotive scores for television shows in the UK and US including Timewasters, Bounty Hunters, the Derren Brown specials (including the recent Netflix special, Sacrifice), The A List, Cuckoo and the Emmy-winning Hank Zipzer for the BBC.
Nick is also renowned for his work in advertising; most recently he was awarded a D&AD yellow pencil for ‘Somewhere Over The Rainbow’, directed by Billy Boyd Cape.
His work has been recognised with awards including three D&AD pencils, two British Arrows, a Clio, an MAS and a Kinsale Shark, along with two BAFTAs for his work on Derren Brown: Apocalypse and The Cube.
The album is now available on all platforms.
