In 2016 London-based independent music publisher Manners McDade continues its international expansion and creative growth, working with new partners, artists and composers in multiple territories, with the promotion of Harriet Moss to the newly created role of Global Creative Manager.
The role involves overseeing creative sync, A&R, company PR and artist collaborations on a worldwide scale, as part of Manners McDade’s continued international focus.
Manners McDade is a music publisher and composer agency, specialising in new classical and electronic music since 2001. With a publishing roster that includes Nils Frahm, Federico Albanese and Christian Löffler, as well as Fabric’s Houndstooth catalogue (Throwing Snow, Akkord); representing composers such as Harry Escott, Ben Foster and Roger Goula. They also represent a number of international labels for sync, including Ghostly International (Tycho, Matthew Dear) and One Little Indian (Bjork).
Recent international creative sync placements include X-Men: Apocalypse, Delta Airlines, BMW, Alexander McQueen’s Paris Fashion Week catwalk show and USA TV spots such as How To Get Away With Murder.
Manners McDade also recently launched Cognitive Shift Recordings, a new contemporary classical record label, in partnership with One Little Indian Records, releasing it’s first LP by Roger Goula this Fall, recently premiered on BBC 6 Music Recommends.
