Young and talented, these three producers are here to stay and are ready to share their insights on cultivating meaningful relationships, substantial work and the importance of being in the business infinite game to succeed.
They come from a variety of backgrounds, Juan and Felipe have a BA in Film Studies and Lisandro has a Bachelor’s in Economics. Their passion for films and their friendship brought them together to create Mama Hungara in 2015. Since then they have produced works for FIFA 22, The International Football Association; the engaging campaign for Netflix; Sony Music with the bold music video, Nadie, for Sin Bandera; Bplay, the online betting house; the stunning campaign for Americanino, as well as feature films and several other challenging projects.
For their aesthetic principles and unique vision, they are currently taking on top national and international production houses. “Every year we understand our goals better, they become clearer. “We know that we can’t have everything, though we know we can have anything we set our minds to”, Lisandro comments with great enthusiasm.
This year Mama Hungara was at The International Festival of Creativity Cannes Lions presenting the bold music video, 'Nadie', a ballad by Sin Banderas, and the Beldent campaign, 'You Are Ready'. They also held a barbecue pool party -the typical Argentinian asado- as ambassadors of Supercluster, a global collective of production companies around the world.
Getting the Culture Right
Everyone who works with them feels instantly connected with their energy of trust, their predisposition to listen openly, and their contagious willpower. They literally love and respect their people and make everything possible to let them thrive, “thinking of the people is also thinking of the business' ', Juan Saravia always says. As they are growing as a company, they are expanding their team by carefully selecting people who share their values and bring substance to Mama Hungara’s ecosystem. They care about getting the culture right to help upcycle the working process. “Now things have become more vivid, more real, we take people into the equation, we push with enthusiasm, effort and dedication with the right mindset to envision”, Lisandro Ramos explains..

A Sense of Autonomy
Their autonomy is in the balance they have between humbleness, fresh thinking and the way they connect the dots to succeed. In Mama Hungara, transparency, clear objectives and the freedom leaders give their teams for making decisions and fulfilling their tasks is key to creating a positive environment and increasing its overall productivity. Everywhere you can see the cascade effect, which comes from working for goals everyone is excited about, innovating by co-developing partnerships and tapping into the great opportunity of sitting around a table and casting different people from different angles to discuss things further and come up with lasting plans. “Our creative team and partners let us be more daring and effective in our projects” comments Felipe Yaryura, who is in charge of feature film production. This synergy is reflected in their rise of talents that focus on creative, cut-through solutions. The age of collaboration and the shift from individuality towards building community is greatly experienced in Mama Hungara.
