Make Your Move With the New Mercedes-Benz V-Class

Mercedes Benz showcases the new Mercedes-Benz V-Class 2019 in a commercial that encourages people to make their move.

In this 60-second spot direct by Alex Eslam for Marken Film we can see the story of a portuguese model and surfer Francisco Cipriano, who completely change his lifestyle at age of 40 - quitting his office job to pursuit his dreams. 

“When I was born, I was 40 years old,” Francisco says at the beginning of the video. The model remembers the times he had to work in his father’s barber shop, after school.

He also remembers what his father always said, “Work hard until you are the man you deserve to be,” and he recalls the moment he realised, at 40 years old, that there was a new exciting life waiting for him, “I finally understood what my father meant,” he says, while on screen he is driving the Mercedes-Benz V-Class to the ocean to ride the waves as a surfer and is seen on sets working as a model.

“It’s been quite a long path. From a boy at his father’s barber shop to the man I am now. My name is Francisco Cipriano and I keep moving,” Francisco says at the end of the video, which also sees the tagline “Make your Move” across the screen, as well as the new V-Class speeding down a scenic road by the sea.
