With a hugely successful track record of transforming communication challenges into tangible social and commercial value, she has led numerous award-winning campaigns that have ignited powerful positive change for the businesses she works for, and the industries they work in.
Lameya's impressive career includes initiatives such as inspiring the nation to engage in physical activity through gamification with Team GB, ParalympicsGB, and Sport England. She also played a pivotal role in transporting over one million young people across the universe with Google Expeditions VR. Notably, she harnessed the power of football and the Premier League to combat racism and champion LGBTQ+ awareness in schools.
Before joining the Generals, she served as the head of marketing and communications at EVERFI, a global social impact technology company dedicated to closing the learning gap and addressing long-term inequality.
