Commercial production company Little Minx is delighted to announce a wave of exciting new endeavors. With the arrival of fresh management and sales representation, as well as a new Santa Monica office, Little Minx advances into a new era.
The eventful period kicks into gear with the welcoming of Little Minx’s new Executive Producer, Rania Hattar. Arriving with an accomplished producing career, Rania joins Little Minx President Rhea Scott at the helm, setting into play a women-led tour de force.
The new EP position comes in tandem to the company’s relocation to a larger office in Santa Monica, and fresh sales teams for the Midwest and East Coast markets. Little Minx continues to be represented by Holly Ross at RedRep for the West Coast, who are now joined by repping companies The Standard Society for the Midwest and Simpatico in New York. The partnership with The Standard Society enlists the talents of industry veterans Heather Guillen, who began her career under the mentorship of Gay Guthrey, and Katy Richter, who boasts an impressive history representing the creative giants at Framestore. Along with New York-based Simpatico Agents Jolie Miller, Ann Zagaroli, and Nicole Salm, the combined power of repping professionals connects Little Minx’s talents to top creatives nationwide.
The new ventures support the gathering speed of Little Minx’s directors, who have earned a steady stream of awards throughout 2013, including director Nico Veiga’s Bronze Lion at 2013 Cannes for his Fiorucci spot “The Profiteers.” Earlier this year, Jim Field Smith’s “Supergroup” spot was honored with the Gold for Adapted Music and Bronze in Editing at the 2013 Clio Awards; and DP Bradford Young was honored for Best Cinematography at 2013 Sundance for the dramatic feature “Mother of George,” produced by Rhea Scott. Little Minx will also be represented at the upcoming MTV VMA awards, with director Ben Mor nominated in the Best Choreography category for will.i.am featuring Justin Bieber’s “#thatPOWER” and DP Malik Sayeed nominated for Best Cinematography for his sweeping visuals in Lana del Rey’s short film “Ride.”
Little Minx represents Nico & Martin, Herve & Francois, Nico Beyer, Rodrigo Prieto, Matthew Pollock, Jim Field Smith, Dawn Shadforth, Jean Claude Thibaut, Malik Sayeed, Phillip Van, Ben Mor, Alison Chernick, AXIS and Teenage Engineering.
