Publicis Italy / Le Pub announces an important new entry at the top of its Italian headquarters: Francesco Andrea Poletti joins the agency as new chief creative officer. Among the most successful creative leaders in the industry, Francesco joins Le Pub from VMLY&R, where he arrived in 2018 establishing himself in a rise that led him to hold the position of CCO just two years after his inception.
Francesco will work closely with Bruno Bertelli and Cristiana Boccassini and will be responsible for the Italian offices in Milan and Rome for projects carried out with both local and global clients including Barilla, Heineken, and Netflix. His input will be pivotal to empowering the agency's vision and help strengthen the consistency of creative products by consolidating the globally integrated business model and distinctive approach to creativity combined with cultural relevance, technology, data and digital. The innovative signature that has always distinguished Francesco has also allowed the organic growth of the food and beverage business of many clients, thanks to social responsibility projects and international integrated activities.

Francesco, whose track record boasts numerous awards in Italian and international festivals, has, in his 22 years of experience, collaborated with the greatest professionals and Master of Advertising: Giampaolo Vigorelli, Emanuele Pirella, and Stefano Campora, to name a few.
Among his best-known works, the award-winning ‘Rockin' Mamas’: the project created for Rolling Stone magazine which won two Silver Lions at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival, five D&AD Award pencils, one Grand Prix at Eurobest Award, one Grand Prix at the Dubai Lynx, as well as an Honourable Mention at the Creative Review's Annual Awards and numerous awards at the ADCI - Italian Art Directors Club.
