Today L&C announces the appointment of Steven Moy as its first chief executive officer. Steven is a world-recognised advertising executive who truly possesses the unique fusion of creativity and innovation. He brings over three decades of expertise in advertising with a proven track record of driving high-performing businesses and teams. Prior to joining L&C, Steven served as global CEO of Barbarian. He’s also held positions as US CTO of R/GA, CEO of Isobar UK, and managing director of Publicis.Sapient.

In his new role as CEO of L&C, Steven Moy will be responsible for driving the agency's strategic direction and growth. Throughout his career, Steven has worked with global brands including American Express, McDonald’s, Marvel, Shiseido, Johnson & Johnson, Samsung, and AT&T. His achievements have earned him industry recognition including Campaign A-Lister and Campaign US 40 Over 40, Fast Company's World Changing Idea, and designation as an advertising industry ICON by the Advertising Club of NY. Apart from his professional accomplishments, as one of the few Chinese CEOs in advertising, Steven Moy is a passionate advocate for the AAPI community. 

As a first-generation Chinese immigrant, Steven was drawn to L&C’s story. Co-founders, Gian Carlo Lanfranco and Rolando Cordova are Peruvian immigrants who started their agency in 2021 and quickly rose to industry success, becoming one of the most awarded Independent Agencies in the world. Winning accolades like Cannes Lions Business Transformation Grand Prix, The One Show Independent Agency of the Year, and Fast Company World Changing Ideas 2023.
